Welcome to Polished By Emilie Inc. By accessing our website or purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Polished By Emilie Inc. offers custom press‑on nails and cosmetic products, including cuticle oils. Many of our products are made to order and customized based on information provided by the customer.

All product descriptions, photos, and pricing are provided to the best of our ability. Slight variations in color, shape, or design may occur due to lighting, screen differences, or the handmade nature of our products.

Custom press‑on nail orders are created based on the photos, sizing references, shape, length, and design details you provide.

By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for providing clear and accurate sizing photos as requested
• Incorrect sizing information may result in poor fit
• Custom orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds

Once production has begun, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders suspected of fraud or misuse.

Processing times vary depending on the product and order volume. Estimated timelines are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

Polished By Emilie Inc. is not responsible for:

• Shipping delays caused by carriers
• Lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they are in the carrier’s possession
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products:

• Custom press‑on nails are final sale
• Cuticle oils and cosmetic products are not eligible for return or exchange once opened or used

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in cases of:

• Incorrect item received
• Defective product upon arrival

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo evidence.

Our products are intended for cosmetic use only.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Results may vary from person to person
• Polished By Emilie Inc. is not responsible for improper application, removal, or misuse
• We are not liable for allergic reactions, skin irritation, or damage resulting from use

We recommend performing a patch test for cosmetic products and following all care instructions provided.
